MARY YOUNG will accept merchandise in its original unused condition, excluding panties, for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sale confirmation email or invoice, within 10 days from the ship date. After 10 days, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than material defects. If that is the case, please contact us at email@example.com. All sale and discounted items (promotion code applied) are considered final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. All sale items are considered final sale.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on products purchased at locations other than MARYYOUNG.CA. Please return the item in store where it was purchased. Items with material damage will be exchanged there.
All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs. MARY YOUNG is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address. Please note there will be a fee for returns sent to the wrong address, which will be reflected in your refund amount.
Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified via the email we have on file. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the refund. If an exchange, you will be notified of shipment and tracking.
MARY YOUNG reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in your return.
